China has picked Tanzania among the countries in Africa that will act as a focal point and a model for the second largest economy in the world investment programmes on the continent.The three countries, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Mozambique, would then act as a showcase for China’s investors activities for the rest of the Africa to learn and borrow a leaf.China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Department of African Affairs, Director-General, Mr Lin Song Tian, said yesterday the countries were picked because of their conducive environment, right laws and investment policies.
